Through funding from the Arkansas Department of Human Services, and support from the Psychiatric Research Institute of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children’s Hospital, the Psych TLC (Psychiatric Telehealth, Liaison, and Consultation) program is now offering Arkansas’ primary care providers (PCPs – pediatricians, family physicians, advanced practice nurses, physicians’ assistants) several new programs, jointly designed to give you the essential support and training you need to be effective “first responders” for the children and adolescents in primary care practices who have mental health needs.
