Program Overview:

The PMHCA grant in Hawaii is planning to establish a warmline to expand workforce development in tandem with Project ECHO. Project ECHO is up and running successfully. Once established, the warmline will train healthcare providers to screen, diagnose and treat behavioral/mental health issues and refer to the appropriate clinician(s) or community services.
