A free statewide psychiatric telephonic consultation program to improve the ability of primary care providers to screen, diagnose, and treat the mental health and substance abuse problems of children, adolescents, and perinatal women.

  • Face-to-Face/Telehealth Clinical Consultation

  • Patient Care Coordination/Resources and Referral Services

  • Substance misuse consultation for perinatal MAT training
